Wenger's side beat Manchester United, Watford, Everton and Swansea City last month to climb up to second in the table behind leaders Manchester City on goal difference.
Arsenal netted 11 goals in those four games, conceding just once, with traditionally tough opponents United and Swansea dispatched in comfortable 3-0 victories.
In the same vein, Leicester City hotshot Jamie Vardy was named as the Barclays Premier League Player of the Month for October.
Vardy hit five goals in his club's four Premier League games last month as he kept up a scoring streak that now stands at nine consecutive top-flight matches.

The 28-year-old is a first-time winner of the monthly award, and he proudly posed with the trophy at Leicester's Belvoir Drive training ground after being selected by a panel drawn up of a cross-section of media, administrators, ex-players and fans based in the UK and overseas.
