Visits to the ailing President Muhammadu Buhari in London continued, Thursday, August 17, 2017, with that of the Senate President Bukola Saraki and Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, who paid yet another visit to the President at the Abuja House, London.
President Buhari, who has spent over 100 days in London, where he is undergoing treatment for undisclosed ailment, had penultimate weekend, received a team of his media aides led by the minister of information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed.
On that delegation was the president's special adviser on media, Mr. Femi Adesina; senior special assistant to the president on publicity and media, Malam Garba Shehu; his counterpart on Diaspora, Abike Dabiri and Lauretta Onochie, special assistant, online media.
The president had told the team at the time that though he would like to return to the country, he wasn't going to until his doctors permit him to do so.
There was no indication as to when.
The visit by the Senate President and Speaker of the House of Reps, however, would be the second time they would be doing so on the president, who has cumulatively speent about 150 days in London on medical tourism, at Abuja House.
