President Muhammadu Buhari`s son, Yusuf, said to have been involved in a power bike accident on Tuesday night, is said to be stable and recovering in a hospitable in the Federal Capital Territory
.The accident, which was confirmed in a statement issued by Malam Shehu Garba, special assistant to the president on media and publicity, occurred in Gwarimpa area of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
According to the statement, Yusuf Buhari sustained injury to the head and also broke a limb.
Mr. Buhari has undergone surgery at a clinic in Abuja and “The President and his wife, Mrs. Aisha Muhammadu Buhari, are thankful to Nigerians for the good wishes and prayers for their son.
May God reward you all,” the statement added.
