560 more Nigerians return from Libya

The returnees

560 more Nigerian returnees from Libya have been brought back into the country in the early hours of Sunday.

This is the third set of Nigerians returning from the North African country, following the earlier arrival of 164, 144 and 257 persons last year.

Max Air plane carrying the stranded citizens touched down at about midnight at the Port Harcourt International Airport, Rivers State.

Many of the returnees looked traumatized as some were said to have lost their vision.

Officials of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) informed Channels Television that there are 540 adults and 20 infants in this batch.
