Buhari receives the N4.5m expression of interest form from NCAN

President Muhammadu Buhari, who recently claimed he doesn't have the whopping N45.5m his party, All Progressive Congress (APC), charges for Expression of Interest Forms, was said to have today, September 11, been presented with the forms by members of Nigerian Consolidation Ambassadors Network (NCAN) in State House.

NCAN has been said to have contributed towards the purchase of the form, a claim that has been dismissed by the generality of Nigerian.

With this development, however, the president has formerly declared his interest to run for a second term..
