In another twist of event, a three-man panel of the Court of Appeal presided over by Justice Abubakar Yahaya, has ordered a stay of execution of the order of the FCT High Court suspending Adams Oshiomhole as national chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
This was coming few hours after the same Appeal Court had suspended hearing on the matter and also after a Federal High Court sitting in Maitama, Abuja, had approved Chief Victor Giadom as acting National Chairman of the party.
