Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, has felicitated with the President and Founder of Christ Missionaries Crusaders Church, Archbishop Goddowell Avwomakpa, on his birthday.
In a special congratulatory message personally signed by him, Senator Omo-Agege commended Archbishop Avwomakpa for his life-long commitment to the service of God and humanity.
The lawmaker, in a press statement signed by his Special Adviser, Media and Publicity, Yomi Odunuga, also applauded the renowned cleric's tireless dedication to his duty as the spiritual shepherd of the people.
According to him, the religious leader is not only an asset to the Urhobo nation in particular but also to the state and country in general.
"On behalf of my family, constituents and well wishers, I felicitate with you on the occasion of your birthday.
"I commend you for your dedication and commitment to the work of God as a pastor and preacher.
“My prayer is that God Almighty will give you longer life, strength and ability to serve Him for many more years,”he stated.
The Deputy President of the Senate also wished Archbishop Avwomakpa, members of his family and Christ Missionaries Crusaders Church a very happy celebration of his birthday.
