| The Late Baru |
The Former Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Maikanti Baru, is dead.
This was made known in a tweet by the present GMD, Mele Kyari. The tweet states that Baru died on Saturday midnight.
Kyari described the late Baru as a brother, friend and a mentor, praying that the Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings
