BREAKING: Buhari dissolves APC NWC, calls for suspension of all litigations

At the meeting
President Muhammadu Buhari has dissolved the current National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), according to a Channels Televisions report.

The President also calls for immediate suspension of all pending litigations involving the party and its members and ratification of the Primary election recently conducted in Edo State. 

Meanwhile, a care-taker committee has been appointed and is to be headed by the governor of Yobe State, Mai Mala Buni

The development was coming as the National Executive Council (NEC) meeting of the party commenced in Abuja.

The meeting is taking place at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, although some party chieftains joined the session virtually.

In attendance at the venue are President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, some state governors and members of the National Assembly, as well as the acting APC National Chairman, Victor Giadom.
