Katsina State Commissioner for Science and Technology, Dr. Rabe Nasir has been assassinated by suspected terrorists otherwise called bandits in Nigeria.
Dr. Nasir was reportedly shot dead at his home in Fatima Shema Estate in the Katsina metropolis on Thursday evening shortly after the Muslim Asr prayers.
Before his appointment as commissioner, Nasir was the special adviser to Governor Aminu Masari on Science and Technology.
He was Ed ucated at Government Secondary School Giwa, Kaduna State; University of Abuja; tUniversity of Kansas, Lawrence, United States and Bayero University, Kano.
Dr. Nasir had his secondary education at Government Secondary School Giwa, Kaduna State.
