In what should rightly be termed a nomination twist in the Big Brother house, Monday evening, Amaka was evicted from the BBNaija S7 show.
Shortly after the head of house game, won by Dotun, Big Brother asked all the housemates to nominate two fellow contestants for immediate eviction. Amaka and Doyin got six nominations each, a development saw the getting the highest nominations.
Nonetheless, it was Amaka that was announced by Big Brother as the housemate that was evicted
The announcement was made to the housemates at the lounge, following their nominations.
However, fans reportedly noted that the eviction might be fake, because she wasn’t called to the stage for a final talk with the show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, a Punch report indicated.
In trying to justify the above position, it also noted that Big Brother does not announce evictions, as that was Ebuka’s duty, hence the speculations and uncertainty surrounding Amaka’s ‘eviction.’
But if the eviction turned out to be real, Amaka will become the eighth housemate to be evicted from the show.
Following the eviction, all housemates were once again put up for possible eviction this week, except Dotun, who emerged Head of House earlier on Monday.
So far, Christy O, Cyph, Khalid, Ilebaye, Kess, and Pharmsavi have been evicted from the BBNaija season 7 show.
Big Brother had disqualified ex-Miss Nigeria, Beauty Tukura, after she received three strikes for breaking the house rules.
One of the fake housemates, Modella, also left the show on Sunday after it was revealed to the housemate that she was a fake housemate.
