| Ebuka celebrates with Phyna |
Winner of Season 7 show of Big Brother Naija has emerged. She is Phyna. At the grand finale of the Big Brother Level Up edition, Sunday night, October 2, 2022, Daniella, was first of the last six standing housemates to be evicted, followed by Chichi, Adekunle and Bella, in that order.
Bryann and Phyna were the last two standing. Incidentally, the duo are former Level 2 housemates before the two Levels were merged. They also actually entered the house same time.
However, it was Phyna that took home the grand prize. To the former Level 2 housemates and their fans, as well as sympathizers, who felt for them as they suffered so many evictions the first few weeks of the show from Level 1 housemates by virtue of their winning the head of house games, before the merger, any of the last two standing housemates is as good. This to them is so longe as the winner emerges from former Level 2.
And that was exactly the result announced by show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu as Phyna, amidst all the razzmatazz, was announced winner of the 10-week show full of entertainment. It would also be the second time a female would win the show
She carted home the N100 million grand prize, broken down to N50 million in cash prize, a Jeep from Innoson Motors, a trip to Dubai amongst other mouth-watering prizes
