Personnel from the Nigerian Army's 9 Brigade recovered 1,671 Permanent Voter Cards from an apartment in the Olodi-Apapa area of Lagos State on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
According to Eons Intelligence on Thursday, three people were arrested in the apartment, while the main suspect was said to be on the run.
The troops according to a report by The Punch, also recovered ballot papers, cutlasses, and Indian hemp from the apartment.
