The LP standard bear wished for many more fruitful years ahead for the former president, whose impact in all spheres of our national life remains remarkable and exceptional.

In congratulating Obasanjo on his birthday anniversary, Obi prayed to God to continue to grant the octogenarian, good health of mind and body to enable him to continue his fatherly role to the county.

To Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye also, Obi said: "I joined millions of people all over the world to celebrate the birthday of this great man of God, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.

"Daddy you have continued to give so much of yourself in the service that we celebrate you every day. Thank you for touching our lives and for your great work and evangelization ministry.

"I wish you many happy returns on your special day and every blessed day. God bless you.
