President Muhammadu Buhari will tomorrow, Sunday, May 28, at 7 am, make a farewell broadcast as President, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
A press statement to the effect issued today, May 27, 2023 by Mr. Femi Adesina, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, enjoins all television, radio stations and other electronic media outlets to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast.
President Buhari will on Monday, May 29, 2023, finally hand over the baton of leadership to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, thus marking the end of his eight-year old presidency.
