The First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu on Monday, August 14, 2023, played host to members of the Nigerian female football team, the Super Falcons. Mrs Tinubu received the girls at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Recall that the Super Falcons crashed out of the ongoing FIFA Women’s World Cup co-hosted by Australia and New Zealand, exactly one week ago, August 7, having lost through penalties to the English team, the Lionesses.
The First Lady had also last week, held a similar meeting with the Nigeria female basketball team, D’Tigresses.
