Arase prays for Allah's guidance, blessings as Muslims mark end of Ramadan fast

As Muslims worldwide mark the conclusion of the Ramadan fast with jubilant festivities, Dr. Solomon Arase CFR, the esteemed Chairman of the Police Service Commission and former Inspector General of Police, offers heartfelt prayers for Allah's divine guidance.

In his supplication, Dr. Arase beseeches Allah for a fresh start for the nation, urging for the instillation of a profound sense of dedication and commitment to national progress among Nigerians. 

He fervently seeks Allah's blessings and safeguarding on this significant occasion, urging both Muslim adherents and all Nigerians to uphold faith in their capacity to contribute towards the advancement and enhancement of the nation for the collective good of all.

"May Allah bless Nigeria and Nigerians with prosperity and abundance," he prayed.

Dr. Arase, in a press release, Monday April 8, 2024, and signed by Ikechukwu Ani, Head, Press and Public Relations unit of the PSC, felicitated with the Muslim staff of the Commission and police officers on the Ramadan celebration and urged them to imbibe the lessons learnt during the period of fasting.

He said, "may your fast remind you of the sacrifices Allah made for us," adding that Allah will continue to provide and sustain them throughout the year.

He assured them of the Commission's commitment to continue to ensure the provision of the enabling environment for them to give their best in the service of the nation and prayed, "may God accept their supplications."
