NNPC Limited swiftly resolves fuel supply issue in Lagos, urges against panic buying

In a reassuring turn of events, NNPC Limited has swiftly addressed a recent hiccup in the supply of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) in Lagos.

The temporary tightness in PMS availability at some filling stations was attributed to an issue at a local depot, as confirmed by Mr. Femi Soneye, Chief Corporate Communications Officer of NNPC Limited.

However, NNPC Retail Limited, the retail arm of the company, has successfully resolved the matter, with normal supply levels expected to be fully restored by Saturday, April 6, 2024.

This proactive response from NNPC Limited underscores their commitment to ensuring a steady and sufficient supply of petroleum products in Lagos.

Motorists are urged to refrain from panic buying, as NNPC assures the public that all necessary measures are being taken to maintain a seamless fuel distribution system in the area.

This development not only highlights NNPC's dedication to resolving challenges promptly but also serves as a reminder of the importance of cooperation and vigilance in maintaining a stable fuel supply for the community.
