The 2024 edition of Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards (AMVCA) just came to a close, Saturday night, May 11, with so many awards given.
The prestigious awards event celebrates movies and actors in Africa.
The 2024 edition of the AMVCA marked its 10th anniversary and expectedly, brought together numerous celebrities from the entertainment industry.
Often referred to as the 'Oscars' of Nigeria, the awards feature various categories where actors, movies, and outstanding crew members are nominated.
This year, the ‘Best Lead Actor’ award went to Wale Ojo, in movie, Breath of Life, while the Best Lead Actress award was went to
Kehinde Bankole for her role in Adire.
The amazing IK Osakioduwa was host for the tenth time since 2013. IK, a presenter and TV host with an enchanting voice, indeed, hosted and celebrated ten years of shining a spotlight on African talents who are outstanding in the industry.
