Tinubu to celebrate Eid-el-Kabir in Lagos, reflect on Nigeria's transformation

President Bola Tinubu is set to depart Abuja, the nation's capital, today, Friday, June 14, 2024, for Lagos to observe the Eid-el-Kabir celebration. 

The Eid-el-Kabir festival is a significant event in the Islamic calendar, marked on the 10th day of the Hijri month of Dhual-Hijjah.

According to a statement by Ajuri Ngelale, the presidential spokesperson, Tinubu will spend the Sallah holidays in Lagos, where he will participate in prayers and reflection on his "renewed hope agenda" for transforming Nigeria.

Ngelale emphasized that the president's visit to Lagos is aimed at observing the Eid-el-Kabir festival and reflecting on his vision for the country's development.
