In the latest development of the Big Brother Naija 'No Loose Guard' season, Tjay has emerged as the second solo Head of House (HoH), following a significant twist that saw the housemates transition from competing in pairs to individual competition.
This change was announced by Big Brother shortly after the live eviction show on September 1, marking a new phase in the game where each housemate must now compete individually.
For the week 7 HoH challenge, the housemates were tasked with navigating through laser beams dropping eggs, and balls into containers in the arena and then pouring mini cubes from one hollow-mouthed bottle into another.
Tjay, formerly part of Team Beta with his friend Ben, completed this task the fastest, securing the HoH title for the week.
As the new HoH, Tjay gains immunity from eviction for the week, a crucial advantage in the competition.
Prior to this, the Mbadiwe Twins were the first HoH, followed by Team Ndi Nne. Nelita held the title for weeks three and four, while Shatoria was the HoH for week five.
Onyeka became the first solo HoH in the 'No Loose Guard' season during week six.
The grand prize for the 2024 season remains a lucrative ₦100 million, including a cash prize and an SUV, along with additional sponsored prizes.
