In a political move, President Bola Tinubu has appointed Daniel Bwala as his Special Adviser on Media and Public Communications.
The announcement was made by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, on Thursday, November 14, 2024.
Bwala, previously a spokesperson for Atiku Abubakar during the 2023 presidential campaign, transitioned to Tinubu's camp post-election, a shift that generated some controversy.
Alongside Bwala, three new directors-general were also appointed to various agencies, signaling a reshuffle in the Tinubu administration's communication strategy
