In a major breakthrough against examination fraud, twenty individuals have been arrested by joint operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) and the Nigerian Police Force.
The suspects are accused of hacking the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results, a computer-based test organized by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
Information filtering in indicates that the arrests took place in Abuja, where authorities uncovered that the suspects were part of a larger syndicate believed to include over 100 members.
