In a remarkable milestone signaling the dawn of greater horizons, Air Peace, Nigeria’s, and indeed West Africa’s, leading airline, proudly accepted delivery, today, August 22, 2025, of its latest marvel, a Boeing 777-200ER bearing the registration number 5N-CEG.
Endearingly known as the “Triple Seven,” this majestic aircraft has been christened “Chinonso Onyema” in honor of the visionary leadership that continually propels the airline to new heights.
This addition marks a significant leap forward as the airline prepares to inaugurate its eagerly awaited new international routes from Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja (ABV), to two key London airports: Heathrow (LHR) on October 26, followed closely by Gatwick (LGW) on October 28.
These launches will raise Air Peace’s presence in London’s skies to three distinct routes, building upon its established Lagos (LOS) to London Gatwick link.
