Media personality Roby Ekpo broke down in tears on the Honest Bunch Podcast, revealing how he bankrolled his wife’s move to the US, only to discover she’d secretly remarried after years of separation and his unwavering financial support.
In a raw, emotional episode yet to be released, the visibly shaken Ekpo shared the shocking betrayal. He stumbled upon private messages where his wife vented deep frustrations about their marriage, frustrations he never knew existed.
Reading aloud with frequent pauses, Ekpo quoted her harshly: “I don’t even care if he loves me or not because what can love do for me besides stress me? He isn’t taking care of me as a man should. He isn’t satisfying me sexually. He isn’t helping my spiritual life. He isn’t spoiling me. He isn’t anything good… I have been coping with unsatisfying sex for almost three years.”
The words crushed him, especially after years of long-distance efforts to save their union. At 48, with no children, Ekpo had even undergone sperm tests, convinced they were both committed to building a family.
