Eric Chelle has named a 26-man Super Eagles squad for the upcoming Unity Cup in London, with Wrexham goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo receiving his first call-up after switching his international allegiance to Nigeria.
The list was posted on the team’s X account on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
Okonkwo is included among three goalkeepers selected for the tournament.
The Unity Cup is a four-nation invitational hosted at The Valley, home of Charlton Athletic, from May 26 to May 30, 2026.
Nigeria open their campaign against Zimbabwe on Tuesday, May 26, while India meet Jamaica on Wednesday, May 27. The winners of those matches will progress to the final.
