Big Brother has slapped several housemates with warnings and penalties after repeated rule breaches in the Big Brother Naija house.
According to a post on the show’s X page on Sunday, Oyin and Chimsom Chuka were punished for damaging or attempting to damage house property. Abi and Keivo were disciplined for pouring water on their microphones; both will now miss the upcoming Pool Party.
Nomy, already carrying one strike, received an additional warning for repeated lateness, disobedience and what Big Brother called selective participation in mandatory activities.
The toughest action involved Sultex, who was evicted on Sunday after being placed on behaviour probation and given a final warning for repeatedly making threatening remarks toward fellow housemates. Big Brother described Sultex’s conduct as “extremely dangerous.” Tram and Yusuf were also cautioned against similar behaviour. Godessa was also evicted at the night.
Meanwhile and as a housewide penalty, Big Brother announced that hot water will be turned off for the remainder of the week and ordered that all communal areas be kept “spotlessly clean.”
With multiple sanctions now in place, Big Brother reiterated the rule: “Actions have consequences,” and warned that continued violations could bring harsher penalties.
