The Super Falcons landed in Casablanca on Friday, August 7, 2026, ahead of their 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations quarter-final against Cameroon’s Indomitable Lionesses.
The knockout tie is set for Sunday at Larbi Zaouli Stadium, kicking off at 6:00 pm Nigerian time. The Falcons stepped up preparations with a Friday morning session at the ASFAR training centre in Rabat.
Coach Justine Madugu’s squad will return to Rabat if they advance, where they would face either hosts Morocco’s Atlas Lionesses or South Africa’s Banyana Banyana in the semi-finals.
Nigeria reached the last eight after finishing second in their group behind Malawi, having played all three group matches in Rabat against Malawi, Zambia and Egypt.
Cameroon topped Group D with seven points, finishing ahead of Ghana’s Black Queens.
