Flora and Aikou have been voted by viewers as the female and male Gambits for this season’s “Show Ya Sef” edition of Big Brother Naija.
After Monday’s Head of House (HoH) games, Big Brother unveiled a twist called “The Gambit.” Viewers were told to pick one man and one woman who will remain in the house until the end of the season.
The Gambits will continue to take part in tasks and win prizes but will not be eligible for the grand prize; they will serve instead as the season’s Gambit representatives and will follow all house rules like other contestants.
When voting closed, Flora led the female nominees with just over 29% of votes, while Aikou claimed the male slot with about 9%. Ricky and Abi also ranked among the top four vote-getters.
Last week, Chimsom Chuka became the season’s first HoH after beating 23 housemates in the challenge, with Abi named his deputy. This season’s HoH twist differs from past editions: the HoH does not automatically use the luxury lounge. Instead, the HoH draws a lucky dip to determine which housemate gets access.
Tram won the draw and invited Sheba as a guest to the lounge.
The 2026 season launched on July 26 with 24 housemates. The winner will take home a record N160 million grand prize - the biggest payout in the show’s history since it began in 2006.
