The All Progressives Congress (APC) has extended warm birthday felicitations to Her Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON, OON, as she marks her 66th birthday.
In a statement issued by Professor Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, National Chairman of the APC, the party, speaking on behalf of its National Working Committee, leaders and millions of members, commended the First Lady for her longstanding public service and humanitarian work.
“Today we celebrate not just another year but the life of a woman whose service, compassion and sacrifice have touched countless Nigerians,” Professor Yilwatda said.
He highlighted Mrs. Tinubu’s leadership of the Renewed Hope Initiative and her interventions in education, healthcare, women and youth empowerment, and support for vulnerable citizens.
The APC described the First Lady as “a true mother of the nation,” noting that her efforts transcend political, ethnic, religious and geographic divides. The party praised her “quiet acts of kindness” and said her work has helped restore dignity, rekindle hope and inspire confidence in a better future for Nigerians.
The congratulatory message adds to a series of tributes marking Mrs. Tinubu’s birthday from political figures, civil society groups and supporters across the country.
The statement further reads: “As the nation navigates the demanding journey of economic transformation and national renewal, your steadfast support for Mr. President, His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, has been invaluable.
