NNPC Ltd has confirmed ongoing fuel supply issues in parts of Lagos and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), attributing the disruption to operational hitches in the discharge of vessels.
The company is actively collaborating with stakeholders to rectify the situation and restore normal fuel distribution, a press release issued by the company states.
Olufemi Soneye, Chief Corporate Communications Officer of NNPC Ltd, in the press release, reassured the public that efforts are underway to alleviate the current tightness in supply.
This announcement comes as fuel queues continue to grow in affected areas as of July 27, 2024.
