President Bola Ahmed Tinubu received distinguished guests at his Lagos residence on Sunday, June 8, 2025, as part of the ongoing Sallah celebrations.
The notable visitors included the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, who came with his entourage to pay homage to the President. The First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, was present alongside the President.
Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu also visited President Tinubu, accompanied by members of the Lagos Governor’s Advisory Council (GAC), the key decision-making body of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos.
The group shared warm wishes with the President and took a commemorative group photo during the visit.
Additionally, the Alake of Egba Land, Oba Michael Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo, joined the homage-paying dignitaries, further underscoring the significance of the occasion and the respect accorded to President Tinubu during the Sallah festivities
