Regina Daniels has publicly accused her estranged husband, Ned Nwoko, of orchestrating the arrest of several members of her family amid their escalating marital conflict.
The drama gained widespread attention after a viral video showed a tearful Daniels accusing Nwoko of domestic violence. In retaliation, Nwoko claimed the actress struggles with drug and alcohol addiction.
Recently, Sammy West, Daniels’ brother, revealed he was unexpectedly summoned by police in Abuja through a WhatsApp message for questioning.

On Instagram, Daniels revealed on November 3, 2025, that her “big brother and big sister have been arrested,” with concerns that her “baby sister might be arrested soon” as well.
Desperately, she pleaded, “Leave my family alone Ned! And leave me alone too!”
The 25-year-old actress suggested the arrests were being used as pressure tactics to force her back into rehabilitation. She denied Nwoko’s drug abuse claims and vowed to eventually expose his role in the entire ordeal, promising the world will soon hear the full truth.
“Someone pls help me! I feel Like I’m losing my mind. I never thought I would do this but My big brother and big sister have been arrested, My baby sister might be arrested soon as well until I return and according to him, return to rehab,” she wrote.
“Don’t even get me started on telling the world what you did to me with your stupid rehab talk! You said l’m a drug addict, me l use am rob body sir! What other name can you call me? A prostitute? But I will speak on that one day and tell the world of your involvement with everything!
“I’m trying, l’m really trying to be the bigger person by not saying or doing anything whereas I’m fu*king young, petty and immature! So I can act like a f**king 24years old child and speak my pain! Leave my family alone Ned! And leave me alone too!
“It is obvious it’s war! And a big shame that the beautiful but short legacy we built is about to be ridiculed by the whole world. Must things go completely south if partners are no longer interested?
“Guys I tried to stay mute on things, My sons and family are the biggest challenge of my life but I will overcome and give them what they all truly deserve. This is so freaking Embarrassing! Hard girl like me crying.”
There are rumours that the detained family members are being held at the Ogombo police station in Lekki, Lagos.
