Bella Okagbue, the former BBNaija housemate, has broken her silence about the end of her relationship with fellow reality star Segun “Sheggz” Olusemo.
In Instagram Story posts on Friday, August 21, 2026, the 29-year-old accused Sheggz of having a “double personality,” writing that the person people see publicly isn’t always the same in private.
Bella said he made “hundreds of promises” to her, none of which were kept.
Sheggz had earlier confirmed the breakup, saying their four-year relationship ended in January 2026 because of “issues of trust and respect” he could not overlook when thinking about marriage.
The split has prompted reactions from other former housemates. Phyna alleged that Sheggz physically assaulted Bella during their relationship and attempted to control her friendships.

“There are versions of events circulating that do not reflect my experience, just as there are parts of my experience I have chosen not to discuss publicly yet. Those are mine to tell, when appropriate.”
The pair started dating while they were in the Big Brother Naija house in 2022.
